They are being printed as I write this.  We think we’ll have product well before the winter holidays.  Just think what a great stocking stuffer!

That last mile seems to be longer than all the others.  We’re less than happy with the performance when reading off of a CD.  No CD drive can read as fast as other forms of memory.  You could always copy the course to your hard drive, but why should we make you do that?

Or we can distribute our courses via flash drive.  This will drive up the cost, but we’re trying to minimize that.  Besides, we want the best possible experience for you, the learner, our customer.

Slow versus fast?  Old technology versus new technology?  CD versus flash drive?

I know you’re all holding your breath.  Development on the first product is complete.  It’s production where I’m having some hiccups.  OK, how about a sample?
